A warehouse apartment in London’s Butlers Wharf with views over Tower Bridge.

 

A failed design project the site was acquired at a considerable discount, but with a complete transformation required in order to create value.

 

After sourcing the right interior design and construction partners every room was subjected to a complete re-design.

From start to finish the project took just 9 months.
